Stedda is operated by Cadence Health Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17043196), registered office 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under number ZC095403. For anything about your data, email hello@stedda.app.
This website
The price pages and the rest of this site collect nothing about you. There are no cookies, no analytics scripts and no tracking of any kind. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, page requested, time) for security, which are deleted automatically.
The waitlist
If you join the waitlist we keep your email address, the date you signed up, the date you confirmed, and where you came from if the link you followed told us (for example, TikTok or Instagram). We keep nothing else: no name, and nothing about your health or treatment.
We use it to email you when Stedda opens and, occasionally, to tell you about progress. The lawful basis is your consent, which you gave by confirming your address. You can withdraw it at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email we send, or by emailing us, and we will stop straight away.
The addresses are stored and the emails sent by Resend, an email service provider acting on our instructions under a data processing agreement. We do not sell or share the list with anyone else.
We keep your address until Stedda has opened plus 12 months, or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. Then it is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to or restrict how we use it. Email hello@stedda.app and we will respond within a month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If this notice changes we will update this page and the date below.
