Terms of use

Short, plain, and the parts that matter are not in small print.

Who you are dealing with

Stedda, the app and this website, is provided by Cadence Health Ltd (Company No. 17043196), 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. Contact hello@stedda.app.

What Stedda is

Stedda is a free tracker and an information service. It lets you record your own treatment diary, weight, food, exercise and side effects, reminds you when you ask it to, and shows you prices that UK online providers publish on their own sites.

What Stedda is not

Stedda is not a medical device and is not a substitute for medical advice. It does not diagnose, recommend a treatment or a dose, or tell you whether a medicine is right for you. It does not prescribe, sell or supply medicines, and it is not a pharmacy. Every provider listed makes its own prescribing decision after its own consultation. Reminders are a convenience you set yourself; the responsibility for taking a medicine as prescribed stays with you and your prescriber. If you feel unwell, contact your prescriber, your pharmacist, NHS 111, or in an emergency 999.

Prices

Prices are read by hand from each provider's own website and shown with the date they were checked. They can change at any time without notice and may differ from what you are quoted. Confirm the price on the provider's site before you order. Listings are ranked by price; no provider pays to appear or to rank higher, and we receive no commission.

Using Stedda

Your data

How we look after your information is set out in the app privacy notice, which forms part of these terms. You can delete your account at any time in the app.

Availability and changes

Stedda is free and we aim to keep it available, but we do not promise it will always work or be error-free. We may change or withdraw features. If we close the service we will give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your diary.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Beyond that, because Stedda is free and informational, we are not responsible for losses that arise from relying on a price or on information in the app instead of confirming it with the provider or your prescriber, or for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring a claim in your local courts and rely on the consumer protections of the place you live.
